Charles E. Kountz, married Elizabeth and has lived in
the Catonsville community for over 25 years. Charles was
admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1970. Mr. Kountz ahs been a
member of the Rolling Road Golf Club since 1994 and currently serves
on the House Committee.
