Mr. Kountz has been a member of the
legal bar since 1970 and is one of the oldest firms in
southwest Baltimore County, Maryland. Today
the firm is engaged in the general practice of law with
emphasis on family law.
Mr. Kountz's clients range from

Charles E. Kountz, Jr. was born in
Hagerstown, Maryland, June 5, 1946. He was
admitted to the bar in 1970.
